 
 
          1 Preheat machine to approximately 340 to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. 2 Place InstaTwill number on Garment with adhesive side down. 3 Place Teflon cover sheet over number before applying heat and pressure. 4 Apply heat and pressure for approximately 15 to 20 seconds at a medium to heavy tension setting. 5 Remove jersey from transfer board. As all machines and fabrics differ, application testing is highly recommended.
